MERRY CHRISTMAS

The birth of Jesus Christ in a manger was nothing to expect anything from. But it tells us about how small and modest beginnings turn into great things, only if there is hope. Once there is life, there is hope for the future. Your faith in him will make humble beginnings turn into a benchmark for success by others.
May greatness be inspired in all of us, without regard to our present circumstances that we find ourselves in.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas. May the New Year be a year of great things yet to be fulfilled by God in your lives.
I am sure there are a few words you all want to add to this.........

I am able to communicate with you all. Great!!!!

Sonia,
How are you? Fine I hope. I am in to Ghana Tour 2008. Are you planning on going soon? I communicated with Kofi. If we knew when we are going we can make plans or begin paying on our trip. I thought about staying at a Hostel. I saw one for $45.00/night. This was the most expensive Hostel. I would like to stay for maybe 10 days or so. I f we did this, we could go to church and do some touring. Shop, maybe but not a lot. I just want to sightsee. I don't know about a roundtrip ticket but if we go online we may be able to get a good deal. Have you contacted any other tourers? I thought about asking my cousin from New York City to go with us but she says she has high blood pressure and panic attacks. She is afraid of getting ill while there. Pray for her also. Her name is Annette Hoffman. I think she's having problems because she had to close her multimillion dollar business because of fraud. She said that an employee embezzled aover $300,000.00 from her. She has so much on her table. She's suing with hopes that she'll get her money back. Well, so much for bad news. As the young folk say-hit me back as soon as you get this message. The good news-Jesus is the reason for the season. Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. The Hendersons(Jeanette and T.J.).

I am able to communicate with you all. Great!!!!

Kofi.
I am feeling great. I can communicate with you now. How is everything ? I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year. Have you completed your awards presentation yet? I wish you the best. You are so smart. I am going to e-mail Sonia and let her know that I am in. She told me that she would help me if I needed it. I like this way of communication because it is a means of privacy. Was your Mother at the ceremony that we attended? I would like to meet her. Anyway, give your family my regards and continue your endeavor for greatness. I will communicate with Sonia after I complete this. Please send me the pictures when you have them regarding the awards ceremony. Do you have any pictures of the ceremony that we attended? If you do, please send me some of them. I want to show them to family, friends and my coworkers.I am always bragging to my coworkers about the ceremony and food at the Kingdom.
They thought that Africa was the way it is depicted on television but I told them how beautiful it is. I felt at home while I was there. I can't wait to come back. I hope it is soon. I am going to get with Sonia and find out when she will be able to come back. See ya, Jeanette

Hi Kofi, Thanks so much for doing this. I told the other ladies about the blog site so hopefully they will join in.

Geography

Ghana is located in West Africa near the equator and on the Greenwich meridian. It is bounded on the north and north west by Burkina Faso (Upper Volta), on the east by Togo, on the south by the Atlantic Ocean, and on the west by La Cote D'Ivoire (known as the Ivory Coast).

Ghana's total area is 238,537 sq. km (92,100 sq. miles) its capital city is Accra. Other cities are Kumasi, Tema, Tamale and Sekondi-Takoradi. The terrain is composed of plains and scrubland, rain forest and savanna. Ghana has a tropical climate and has a population of about 17.7 million (estimated in 1997).

There are ten regions namely the Northern, Upper West, Upper East, Volta, Ashanti, Western, Eastern, Central, Brong - Ahafo and Greater Accra।

I am sure this would not be new fto you (Sonia and Jeanette). But for all those who have not been to Ghana before, this is a summary of the Geography. Greetings!

Welcome (Akwaaba)

I would like to specially welcome you to this blog which is going to be our way of interacting with each other on the upcoming event (Ghana Tour 2008).

This is to give you a feel of the expectations on the tour. I would receive all your questions and comments here and I would do my best to get you some common Ghanaian words and their meaning.

Please feel free to add up here, any information about yourself and what you are doing. We can tolerate all your DECENT volumes. We want to live as one family as much as possible, even before we meet in flesh, God willing....
